Job Title:- HR Executive

Location:- Perumbavoor, Kerala

Qualification:- MBA in Human Resources (HR)

Experience:- 2 years

Salary:- ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Industry:- Poultry Industry

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for office, farm, hatchery, production, and operational staff.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, overtime, and statutory deductions.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, and workplace issues.
- Monitor manpower requirements across different operational locations.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities, induction, training, and exit procedures.
- Support statutory compliance related to labour laws, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain HR documentation, employment records, and personnel files.




- Coordinate with department heads to address staffing requirements and improve employee retention.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, workplace safety procedures, and HR practices.

Requirements:-
- MBA in HR is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, poultry, or other operational industries will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and labour compliance.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with employees across different departments and operational locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
