About the Company
Nandlal Home Nursing Services provides home healthcare services, including nursing care, elderly care, patient attendants, baby care and post-hospitalization care. We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment and nursing staff operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit nurses, GDA candidates, patient attendants and other healthcare staff.
- Handle candidate screening, interviews and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and documentation.
- Coordinate staff deployment according to patient requirements.
- Manage staff availability, duty schedules and replacements.
- Communicate with employees regarding company policies and work-related issues.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain a recruitment database.
- Ensure proper coordination between staff, management and operations.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream; HR or management background preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle recruitment targets and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in healthcare, nursing agencies or manpower recruitment will be an advantage.
