Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll

Location: Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Payroll Processing

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of salary structures, CTC components, and salary calculations
- Advanced or good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, lookup functions, and data management.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, and other applicable payroll compliances.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet payroll deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end monthly salary processing and payroll management.
- Prepare and verify salary sheets, attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Calculate and validate CTC components, including Basic Salary, HRA, allowances, deductions, and other salary components.
- Handle payroll-related statutory deductions and compliance, including PF, ESIC, TDS, and Qualified Tax, as applicable.
- Perform payroll calculations, reconciliations, and salary validation using MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
