2- Day today employee H.R. activities & Productive Hiring.
3- Good communication and engagement with people.
4- Designing and implementing Work policies with discipline.
5- Good interpersonal skills and can work on ERP implementation.
6- Ensuring smooth onboarding and salary structure working.
7- Must have working knowledge of Salary working, ESIC/P.F./P.T and other compliances as per the law.
8- Relevant HR work experience with Manufacturing company with good working environment is what we are looking forward in an ideal candidate. Education qualifications are required but not a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
