: Human Resources (HR) Executive / Manager

Location: Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram (TVM)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR qualified with a strong background in the construction/Building material/Interior Solutions industry to manage our human resources operations at our office. The ideal candidate will understand the unique workforce requirements of the construction sector—ranging from site engineers and project managers to skilled/unskilled labor management, statutory compliance, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for site-based and office-based roles, specifically targeting talent with construction and civil engineering backgrounds.
- Labor & Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day employee relations, address grievances, and maintain a safe, productive working environment across both office and construction sites.
- Payroll & Attendance Management: Oversee monthly attendance tracking, wage calculations, and payroll processing tailored to regular staff and site workers, ensuring adherence to working hours (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM).
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations,



and statutory requirements specific to construction companies in Kerala.
- Performance & Policy Administration: Implement company HR policies, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee records and documentation efficiently.

Requirements
- Experience: Proven prior experience working as an HR Executive or HR Manager specifically within a construction or infrastructure company.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (MBA/MSW) or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and local language proficiency (Malayalam/English) to interact effectively with management and site teams.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or around Thiruvananthapuram (specifically near Ulloor or easily able to commute) are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
