Time Office & Attendance Management
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily attendance, late comings, and early departures using biometric systems or punch cards.
- Shift Scheduling: Coordinate and manage worker shift rosters (A, B, C, and General shifts) in alignment with production requirements.
- Overtime (OT) Management: Verify, calculate, and approve Overtime hours for workers while ensuring adherence to factory laws.
- Leave Administration: Maintain and update leave records (Casual, Sick, Earned Leaves) and handle short leaves or gate passes.
Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
