Role & responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from creation and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Active Sourcing: Sourcing candidates via Naukri.com, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screening & Assessment: Review incoming resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and administer relevant assessments.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide regular updates on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire).
- Offer Negotiation: Roll out job offers, handle salary negotiations, and manage candidate drop-off risks.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company positively and maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
