Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive with experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of recruitment, employee documentation, MIS reporting, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with hiring managers.
- HR Documentation: Maintain employee files, appointment letters, offer letters, joining documents, employee records, and exit formalities.
- HR MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, attendance records, leave records, employee databases, and recruitment trackers.
- Payroll Coordination: Coordinate monthly payroll processing, attendance and leave inputs, salary calculations, and payroll-related documentation.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:



Handle onboarding, induction, employee engagement, resignation formalities, and Full & Final settlement coordination.
- Attendance & Compliance: Monitor attendance and leave records and support statutory compliance and other HR operational activities.
- General HR Operations: Provide day-to-day HR support and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 14 years of relevant HR experience; manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment, HR documentation, MIS, and payroll coordination.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to join immediately or at the earliest.
