About the Role

AKRUTI Developer is looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the hiring requirements of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Support offer letter preparation, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements





- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR recruitment; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
