- Oversee statutory compliance across all projects, ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws and regulations.

- Monitor PF, ESI, and other statutory contributions, including timely filings and payments.

- Follow up with Accounts and concerned teams to ensure statutory dues are paid within deadlines.

- Coordinate with client-side HR teams regarding project compliance requirements and issues.

- Maintain, verify, and submit project-wise compliance documents within stipulated timelines.

- Track compliance deadlines, renewals, pending documents, and corrective actions across projects.

- Coordinate employee and project-related insurance policy procurement, renewals, and documentation.

- Manage insurance claims, coordinate with insurers and TPAs, and follow up until settlement.





- Maintain compliance registers, payment records, insurance details, and claim status reports.

- Prepare periodic compliance reports for management and ensure timely closure of outstanding compliance issues.
