Lifeasy Interior is building its team and strengthening its operating structure. We are looking for a high-energy, execution-driven HRBP who can take ownership, move fast and get things done in a startup environment.

What You Will Own

- Urgent Hiring: Drive end-to-end recruitment across Design, Sales, Customer Success, Operations and other business functions.
- Talent Acquisition: Build a reliable candidate pipeline, source proactively, screen effectively and close positions within agreed timelines.
- Onboarding & Workforce Readiness: Ensure new hires are onboarded smoothly and are ready to contribute from day one.
- People Operations: Establish and maintain organised employee records, attendance, leave, documentation and essential HR processes.
- Performance & Accountability: Support departmental heads in setting expectations, tracking performance and addressing people-related issues.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Identify employee concerns early and take practical steps to improve engagement and retention.
- HR Process Building: Develop simple, scalable HR policies,



workflows and reporting mechanisms suited to a growing business.
- Leadership Coordination: Work directly with leadership and HODs to understand manpower requirements, resolve bottlenecks and keep hiring and people priorities moving.

- Ability to prioritise competing requirements and deliver without excessive supervision.
- A practical problem-solver who balances speed with sound judgement, fairness and confidentiality.
- Comfortable building processes from scratch rather than depending on established systems.

Experience: Relevant HRBP / HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-growing business. Joining: Immediate joiners preferred, given the urgency of hiring.
