About the Chance

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition & Executive Search team. This is not a conventional single-industry recruitment role. You will work on mandates across multiple sectors, functions, countries and levels, with opportunities to progress into senior recruitment, client management and executive search.





Depending on business requirements, you may work on assignments involving India or international markets and source professionals from different nationalities and geographies.

Core Responsibilities For All Levels

- Talent Sourcing: Finding professionals using LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and direct headhunting.
- Screening & Assessment: Reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and evaluating cultural fit.
- Process Coordination: Scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and assisting with candidate onboarding.
- Market Research: Mapping target companies, analyzing industry trends, and tracking talent movement globally.

Key Skills Needed to Excel

- High Energy & Ambiguity Tolerance: Ability to switch between different industries and global time zones.
- Communication Skills: Confident verbal and written English to pitch roles to senior professionals.
- Persistence: Resilience required to engage passive candidates who are not actively looking for a job.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
