About the Role

We are looking for an HR Associate to support the HRBP team in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee connects, data management, follow-ups and coordination activities.

The role will involve working closely with employees, managers and HR stakeholders to ensure timely execution and closure of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the HRBP team in managing day-to-day HR operational activities and employee-related processes.




- Coordinate and follow up on Intern to Employee conversions, confirmations and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Support PR/PIP processes through employee and manager connects, follow-ups and documentation.
- Coordinate New Joinee Connects and 30/60/90-day connects, including follow-ups on identified concerns.
- Support exit interviews, exit closures and non-voluntary exit processes.
- Assist in tracking and resolving employee queries and grievances by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement activities and coordinate HR initiatives across teams.
- Support R&R; activities, 1:1 connects, skip-level meetings, regional office visits and town halls as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in HR operations, HRBP support, employee engagement or a similar HR role.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets and basic HR reporting.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with the HRBP team.

- Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday - Saturday
