Job Summary

One Diagnostics is looking for a responsible, organized, and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support daily HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance management, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and employee punctuality.
- Assist in preparing appointment letters, offer letters, warning letters, notices, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain joining documentation.
- Follow up with employees and department heads regarding HR-related matters.
- Support employee engagement, discipline, and general HR administration.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.




- Perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline; HR or Management qualification will be preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or administration. Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and computer operations.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain records accurately and handle confidential information.
- Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced diagnostic healthcare environment.

Salary Salary will be based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
