What Youll Do
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & other platforms
Screen candidates and conduct initial calls
Coordinate interviews & follow-ups
Work on real-time IT recruitment requirements
Manage candidate data and recruitment trackers
Create and post job descriptions
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow
Proactive & self-motivated attitude
Interest in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
Freshers with a relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree are welcome!
