Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily housekeeping operations, supervise housekeeping staff, and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in patient rooms, wards, corridors, washrooms, and other assigned areas.
- Allocate duties and shifts to housekeeping staff and monitor attendance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are followed.
- Ensure proper usage of cleaning materials, equipment, and disinfectants.
- Monitor staff grooming, uniforms, discipline, and work performance.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to address housekeeping requirements and complaints.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal as per hospital guidelines.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily reports on staff attendance, cleaning activities, and operational issues.

Requirements




- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Educational qualification: 12th Pass to Any Degree.
- Valuable team management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and housekeeping materials.
- Ability to manage staff and handle day-to-day operational issues.
- Willingness to work in shifts, as required.
- Maintain accurate daily reports on staff attendance, cleaning activities, manpower deployment, and operational issues.
- Ensure proper coordination with management and clients, provide regular updates, address client concerns, and maintain professional communication.

Preferred Candidate: A disciplined and proactive individual who can maintain high standards of cleanliness and effectively manage a housekeeping team. Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
