Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new housekeeping employees.

- Develop and deliver training modules on housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and workplace safety.

- Demonstrate proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools.

- Train employees on room cleaning standards, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.

- Assess employee performance through practical evaluations and feedback sessions.

- Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and performance reports.

- Conduct refresher training programs to improve productivity and service quality.

- Support housekeeping supervisors in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Stay updated with industry best practices and introduce innovative housekeeping techniques.

- Promote a culture of cleanliness,



professionalism, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with prior training experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and hygiene practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to train and motivate teams from diverse backgrounds.

- Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation.

- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
