Role :-

1. Customized Activities Execution &
- Verification

- Coordinate and verify customer-requested/customized work, including quartz kitchen platforms, redesigning of kitchen

platforms, additional electrical points and floor-tile checks.

- Ensure customized activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and site instructions.

- Identify deviations or quality issues, coordinate corrective actions and escalate unresolved concerns to seniors.

1. Contractor Bills &
- Quantity Verification

- Prepare and check contractor bills for assigned works.

- Measure and verify quantities of additional/customized work at site before processing bills.

- Maintain clear records of measurements, work completion and supporting documentation.

1. Quality Audits &
- Documentation

- Conduct monthly site audits and photo-documentation audits against approved drawings and specifications.

- Record observations, deviations and pending rectification items, and submit audit reports to seniors.

- Track corrective actions and follow up with contractors/teams for closure.

1. Interior Modifications

- Supervise and verify interior modifications such as kitchen cabinets, false ceilings, glass partitions and other related

finishing works.

- Coordinate with contractors and relevant teams to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion.

1. Customer Interaction &
- Possession-Related Activities

- Attend customer interactions during pre-possession site visits and coordinate closure of site-related observations.

- Support post-possession and other site-related activities,



coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.

1. Material Estimation &
- ERP Processing

- Estimate material quantities required for assigned customization and modification works.

- Enter and process work-done details in the ERP system accurately and within defined timelines.

- Autocad Knowledge required

General Responsibilities

- Carry out regular site inspections and maintain accurate progress, quality and work-completion records.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely closure of work.

- Follow approved drawings, project quality standards and applicable site safety requirements.

- Report progress, material requirements, delays and technical/quality concerns to the reporting manager.

- Maintain organized records of audits, photographs, measurements, bills and ERP entries.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering; freshers with sound technical fundamentals may be considered.

- Relevant experience in site execution, finishing works, customer customizations or interior modifications is preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret civil/interior drawings and check work against specifications.

- Basic understanding of quantity measurement, contractor billing and material estimation.

- Basic computer skills and willingness to work on an ERP system
- MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.

- Good communication, coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work full time at the project site.
