- Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day activities across all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate department heads and staff, fostering a solid service culture.
- Guest Relations: Monitor guest satisfaction scores (GSTS), handle escalated service recovery, and maintain brand standards.
- Financial & Cost Control: Monitor daily budgets, control labor and operational expenses, track accounts receivable/payable, and inspect stock/inventory levels.
- SOP Implementation: Ensure consistent rollout and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and routine safety/sanitation compliance.
- Meetings & Reporting: Lead regular huddles/meetings with Head of Departments (HODs) and report operational metrics to upper management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
