Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and highly dedicated Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operational activities of our hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest services, housekeeping, front office operations, food & beverage coordination, and staff supervision to ensure an exceptional guest experience and smooth hotel management.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B;) to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate hotel staff; foster a positive work environment and team collaboration.
- Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high ratings and customer loyalty.
- Budget & Inventory Management: Monitor operational expenses, assist with budgeting, track inventory levels, and manage vendor relationships.
- Quality & Compliance:



Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations throughout the facility.
- Process Improvement: Implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management, operations, or hospitality leadership.
- Joining Availability: Immediate joiners are highly prioritized.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and office applications.
