Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Hotel Captain with 3–5 years of experience in reputed star-category hotel properties. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, guest handling, and team coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent dining experiences, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with the kitchen and service teams for smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant and food and beverage service operations.

- Welcome guests, manage table allocations, and ensure prompt and courteous service.

- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accuracy in order processing and delivery.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and serving of orders.

- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

- Guide and supervise stewards, waiters, and other service staff.

- Ensure proper table setup, restaurant cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with hotel SOPs.

- Assist in staff scheduling, shift allocation, and daily briefing sessions.

- Coordinate with the restaurant manager and other departments for smooth operations.

- Support billing, cash handling, and POS operations whenever required.





- Monitor food presentation, service etiquette, and guest satisfaction.

- Assist in stock monitoring and report shortages of service items.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hotel Captain, Restaurant Captain, or F&B; Captain.

- Previous experience in 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel properties is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and restaurant operations.

- Excellent communication, guest-handling, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to supervise a team and manage busy service periods.

- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working in reputed hotels, resorts, or premium hospitality establishments.

- Solid understanding of fine dining, buffet service, and à la carte operations.

- Ability to maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
