About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, hands-on Operations Manager to keep our hotel running like a well-oiled machine. You are the engine room of this property—translating the General Manager's vision into flawless daily execution across every department. You don't watch from a desk; you walk the floor, spot problems before they happen, and fix them with efficiency and grace. What You'll Do

- Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Security.
- Coordinate department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
- Walk the property daily—inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for standards and safety.
- Resolve guest escalations quickly and professionally, protecting the hotel's reputation.
- Manage staffing levels, rosters, and shift coverage to match occupancy and demand.
- Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and reduce waste without cutting quality.
- Enforce brand standards, health codes, and safety regulations across all departments.




- Step in as acting manager in the General Manager's absence.
- Train, coach, and hold supervisors accountable for performance and grooming standards.

What We Require:
- 4+ years of hotel operations experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong working knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B; operations.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and Microsoft Office; revenue management exposure is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as operations demand.
- A polished, professional presence—you represent the hotel at all times.
