Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Welcome &
- Greeting

- Welcome guests warmly with a professional and friendly attitude.

- Assist guests with seating and provide information about restaurant facilities.

- Maintain a polite, well-groomed, and professional appearance.

1. Reservations &
- Seating Management

- Handle table reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists.

- Allocate tables according to guest preferences and availability.

- Ensure proper coordination during peak hours and busy periods.

1. Guest Coordination

- Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required.

- Inform guests about buffet timings, special offers, promotions, and menu highlights.

- Coordinate with the restaurant manager, captain, stewards, and kitchen team.

1. Customer Service

- Respond to guest enquiries professionally.

- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.

- Ensure guests feel comfortable and receive prompt attention.

1. Restaurant Operations

- Monitor table availability and communicate seating status to service staff.





- Assist in maintaining an organised reception and waiting area.

- Support smooth guest flow during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.

1. Telephone &
- Reservation Handling

- Answer restaurant calls professionally.

- Record reservations accurately, including guest names, contact details, timings, and party sizes.

- Communicate reservation changes and special requests to the concerned team.

1. Billing &
- Guest Feedback

- Coordinate with the billing team when guests request assistance.

- Thank guests for visiting and encourage feedback.

- Report guest feedback and service concerns to the restaurant manager.

1. Hygiene &
- Grooming

- Maintain personal hygiene, uniform standards, and professional grooming.

- Keep the reception desk and entrance area clean and presentable.

- Follow hotel policies, service standards, and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
