Role: BP – Hostess / Receptionist

Job Summary: Welcome customers visiting the dealership or body shop, manage front-desk activities, and provide a professional customer experience through effective communication and coordination.

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and guide them to the appropriate department.
- Handle incoming calls, customer enquiries, and appointment coordination.
- Maintain visitor records and support front-desk administration.
- Coordinate with service advisors and other dealership departments.
- Assist customers with basic information about service processes.
- Maintain a professional reception area and customer waiting space.
- Support customer feedback collection and follow-up activities.

Requirements:





- Graduate or relevant qualification preferred.
- Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or automobile dealership operations preferred.
- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and administrative skills.
- Professional appearance, courteous behavior, and a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
