Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the daily activities and overall functioning of the hostel.

- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all hostel residents.

- Maintain discipline and ensure residents follow hostel rules and regulations.

- Monitor attendance, roll calls, entry and exit records, and leave permissions.

- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance of hostel rooms and common areas.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meals and proper food hygiene.

- Monitor residents' health and coordinate medical assistance whenever required.

- Address residents' concerns, grievances, and behavioural issues with patience and fairness.

- Maintain hostel registers, visitor records, incident reports, and other relevant documentation.





- Coordinate with parents or guardians and the concerned departments regarding resident-related matters, where applicable.

- Supervise housekeeping and support staff and report maintenance requirements.

- Respond promptly to emergencies and report responsible incidents to management.

- Organise recreational activities, study schedules, and other activities as required.

- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, child safeguarding requirements, and hostel safety procedures.

- Submit regular reports on hostel operations, attendance, discipline, and residents' welfare to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
