Hospitality Sales Executive Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Office based, full time, US shift.

Reports to: Head of Hospitality Revenue and Operations

Openings: 2, hiring in batches starting November 2026

About the role

You will sell stays, packages and experiences for a luxury wellness resort in Florida, Amrit Ocean Resort, directly to US guests. This is a hands on selling role. You will take inbound calls, call back leads and past guests, and close bookings yourself. It is not a supervisory position.

What you will do

- Handle inbound reservation and enquiry calls and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Make outbound calls to web leads, abandoned bookings, past guests and event enquiries
- Sell rooms, suites, spa and wellness packages, retreats, dining and, where assigned, residences
- Upsell room categories, length of stay and add on services on every call
- Log every call,



lead and booking in the CRM with the correct source code
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversion and revenue
- Pass guest feedback and service issues to the team lead so they reach the property

Mandatory requirements

- 2 or more years in a hospitality sales or guest facing role at well regarded full service hotels or resorts in the luxury or upper upscale segment
- Relevant roles include reservations sales, central reservations, front office with upselling targets, spa sales, banquet or group sales, or a hotel sales office
- A track record of meeting individual sales or upsell targets
- Transparent, confident spoken English suitable for calls with US guests
- Willingness to work US shift hours, including weekends on rotation

Preferred

- Experience selling to US, UK or international guests by phone
- Experience with Opera, SynXis or a similar reservations system
- Background with resorts, spas or wellness properties
