Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating and table arrangements efficiently.
- Handle reservations, waiting lists, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the café.
- Assist guests with basic information about the menu and services.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required.




- Ensure the entrance and reception area remain clean and organized.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong customer service and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service will be an advantage.
