Role Description The Hospital Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of partner veterinary hospitals and clinics. This role includes managing hospital workflows, supervising non-clinical staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth patient and client flow.

Manager will monitor budgets, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and support compliance with internal policies and relevant standards. The role also involves handling client service issues,



maintaining high-quality customer experience, and supporting communication between clinical teams, management, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Practice Management and Hospital Management skills to oversee daily operations and staff workflows in veterinary hospital settings.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client interactions, resolve concerns, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and basic financial management skills to monitor expenses, optimize resource use, and support financial planning for hospital operations.
- Relevant experience in veterinary, healthcare, or clinical hospital administration is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams, implement processes, and use practice management or hospital information systems effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
