Role & responsibilities
- Visit patients at their homes and collect blood samples as per scheduled appointments.
- Perform venipuncture and vacutainer blood collection accurately and safely.
- Ensure proper sample labeling, handling, storage, and transportation to the laboratory.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain hygiene during sample collection.
- Verify patient details and ensure accurate sample identification.
- Maintain proper documentation and update collection status.
- Handle patients professionally and provide a positive patient experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- Qualification: MLT / DMLT / B.Sc. MLT.
- Experience: 15 years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in vacutainer blood collection is mandatory.
