Key Responsibilities:
● Handle customers referred by developer sales teams
● Understand customer financial and loan requirements
● Assess basic loan eligibility
● Explain home loan options and processes
● Recommend suitable lenders
● Collect and coordinate customer documents
● Coordinate loan application/login
● Follow up with banks and financial institutions
● Track sanction and disbursement
● Coordinate with developers, banks and internal teams
● Maintain CRM updates
● Achieve monthly business targets
● Build robust customer and developer relationships
Ideal Candidate:

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
