: Technical Recruiter( only Immediate joiners )

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Recruiter to support hiring requirements for a product based client. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical recruitment, preferably from a product-based company or a recruitment environment handling product-based clients.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, sourcing quality talent, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill technical hiring requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and joining.
- Source and recruit candidates for engineering and technology roles, including Software Developers, Java Developers, Full Stack Developers, QA Engineers, and other technical positions.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Preferably recruit candidates from product-based companies and understand the technical talent landscape within the product and technology industry.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience,



and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and follow up with candidates through to joining.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines and hiring targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3 to 7 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Experience hiring for technology and engineering positions.
- Product-based company recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of technical job descriptions, technology skills, and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office.

- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Work Location: Bangalore
- Work Arrangement: 5 days a week, work from office
