Job Details

- Position: US Dispatcher / Load Planner (CMT)
- Experience: Minimum 6 Months in US Trucking
- Industry: Asset-Based Trucking & Logistics
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
- Working Hours: As per US shift requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Book loads through load boards and brokers.
- Negotiate rates to secure profitable freight.
- Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Manage rate confirmations, emails, and dispatch reports.
- Handle delays, detention,



layovers, and other operational issues.
- Maintain professional relationships with brokers and drivers.

Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the US trucking industry.
- Hands-on experience in load booking and rate negotiation.
- Good English communication and email writing skills.
- Knowledge of load boards, rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs.
- Ability to manage multiple loads in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
