We are hiring an experienced Team Lead Accounts Receivable (AR) Hospital Billing to manage end-to-end hospital billing AR operations, drive denial resolution, ensure quality, and improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day hospital billing AR operations, including follow-ups on outstanding claims and denial management.
- Ensure timely claim submission, AR resolution, and adherence to TAT and productivity targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate billing associates to achieve operational goals.
- Analyze denial trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines, quality standards, and HIPAA regulations.

Required Skills:

- 7 years - 9 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM,



with strong expertise in Hospital Billing AR.
- Minimum 1 year of Team Lead experience (on paper).
- Solid knowledge of UB-04, hospital billing workflows, denial management, and AR follow-up.
- Good understanding of US insurance rules, payer guidelines, and claim adjudication.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team-handling skills.
- Experience in multi-specialty hospital billing is an added advantage.
