Key Deliverables

- Execution -

Plan and drive day-to-day site execution of civil, structural and finishing works in line with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

- Civil, Structural &

- Finishing Works -

Monitor execution of civil, structural and finishing works ensuring adherence to approved specifications, drawings/ layout, quality standards and project milestones.

- Project Progress &

- Schedule Management -

Monitor work progress against planned schedules, identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions to achieve project milestones and timelines.

- Contractor &

- Site Resource Management -

Plan and monitor contractor deployment and billing, manpower, materials and site resources, optimising utilisation, minimising wastage and ensuring effective project execution within approved requirements.

- Quality Control &

- Defect Rectification -

Supervise construction quality and workmanship, identify deviations or defects and drive timely rectification in accordance with approved specifications and standards.

- Site Coordination &

- Issue Resolution -

Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers,



Architect, MEP, Purchase and other stakeholders to resolve day-to-day execution and interface-related issues.

- Safety &

- Risk Management -

Drive adherence to site safety practices, identify operational risks and unsafe conditions, and ensure timely corrective actions at the site level.

- Project MIS &

- Progress Reporting -

Review site progress, productivity, quality issues, manpower, material requirements and delays, and provide periodic MIS and exception reports to the Head – Projects.

- SOP &

- Process Compliance -

Drive adherence to approved construction SOPs, project processes, drawings, specifications and site documentation standards while maintaining proper execution records.

- Team Development - Develop direct reports with continuous direction, reviews and mentoring, fostering a high-performance culture.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
