Hiring- Team Lead & Sr Team Leader || International Banking Process
Location: Hyderabad
Process: International Voice & Non Voice Banking
Role:Team Leader Operations
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduation Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1-3 Year as Team Leader On Paper Mandatory Into Any International Banking.
Notice Period: 0-30Days
Key Requirements
Minimum 1-3 year of Team Leader experience on paper in an International Voice/Non Banking process.
- Experience managing a team of approximately 1520 members.
- Robust experience in team handling, performance management and daily operations.
- Good understanding of banking processes and customer service operations.
- Ability to manage escalations, drive team performance and meet process KPIs.
- Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills.
