We, at Datamatics, are looking for an experienced delivery leader to drive our data and analytics business. The role will focus on building delivery capabilities, managing strategic client engagements, strengthening technology practices, and ensuring business growth. The position requires robust expertise in data platforms, delivery leadership, financial management, and client relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead data delivery operations across BI, data engineering, analytics, ETL, and data warehousing engagements.
- Define delivery strategy, establish operating standards, and align technology execution with business objectives.
- Build strong client partnerships and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Oversee delivery performance, resource utilization, project margins, budgets, and revenue targets.
- Guide architecture and technical teams in developing scalable data solutions and modern analytics platforms.
- Drive data governance, quality standards, security controls, and compliance across engagements.
- Manage senior client escalations, delivery risks, contractual commitments, and business-critical issues.
- Develop leadership capabilities, strengthen team structures, and build a strong talent pipeline.




- Partner with presales and business teams on solution development, estimations, proposals, and new opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for automation, modernization, operational improvement, and service expansion.
- Establish delivery metrics and review mechanisms to improve productivity, predictability, and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, client strategy, capability development, and growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 18+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, analytics, or technology delivery, with significant leadership experience.
- Strong background in data warehousing, ETL, Power BI, BI platforms, and data governance.
- Proven experience managing large-scale data programs and strategic client engagements, preferably in banking or BFSI.
- Strong understanding of delivery governance, financial management, commercial commitments, and resource planning.
- Experience driving account growth, presales, solution consulting, and new business opportunities.
- Ability to lead multiple teams, manage senior stakeholders, and resolve complex delivery challenges.
- Excellent business communication, strategic planning, people leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably IT or Computer Science, with 60% aggregate in SSC, HSC, and degree.
- PMP, PMI, or PRINCE2 certification would be an advantage.
