Event Management industry exposure Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts for digital assets, including social media posts, banners, videos, email campaigns, website elements, and other digital collaterals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging visual designs that align with brand guidelines.

- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to stay updated on design standards and best practices.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines under pressure.

- Ensure high-quality output by reviewing designs before publishing or sharing them externally.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-12 years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director in a similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent; Master's degree preferred (MFA).

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, InDesign CC; knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript a plus.
