Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with business leaders to deliver end-to-end HRBP support

2. Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management and people decisions

3. Handle complex ER cases including grievances, disciplinary actions and exits

4. Drive performance conversations, PIPs and manager capability building

5. Coach managers on people issues, engagement and team effectiveness

6. Manage employee lifecycle activities and engagement initiatives

7. Support global stakeholders and operate.

8. Who can work on succession planning & HR strategy

9. Team management experience is mandate

Must-Have Requirements

1. 9-15 years of experience in HRBP role

2. Experience in IT / ITES / Technology-driven environments

3. Robust stakeholder management

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Comfortable challenging business leaders constructively

6. Ability to work in night shift and high-pressure environments

7. Data-driven approach to HR decision-making
