Position: Media Servicing Executive

What Looking For

Freshers or experienced candidates interested in media, advertising, marketing, and client servicing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prepare proposals, skilled PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), project briefs, reports, and client presentations

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Understanding of print, digital, outdoor, social media, branding, and integrated media solutions

Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements

Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

Experience handling government, PSU, or corporate accounts will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Develop proposals, pitch presentations,



campaign plans, PPTs, and project reports
- Translate client briefs into structured proposals and effective presentations
- Coordinate with creative, media planning, production, and operations teams
- Follow up on client approvals, campaign schedules, and deliverables
- Assist in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and project documentation
- Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of client requirements
- Maintain client records and support day-to-day account management
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
