Hiring: HR Recruiter

Location: Majiwada, Thane West, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month

Work Schedule: General Day Shift

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in BPO recruitment or consultancy recruitment and be comfortable managing the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through WorkIndia, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with the hiring team to fulfil recruitment requirements within timelines.

Eligibility Criteria




- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO recruitment or consultancy recruitment is mandatory.
- Familiarity with WorkIndia, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust coordination and candidate-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements efficiently.
