Role & responsibilities :

- Dispense medicines accurately as per valid prescriptions and ensure patient safety.

- Verify prescriptions, dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and other relevant details before dispensing.

- Counsel customers on medication usage, dosage, precautions, and storage requirements.

- Ensure compliance with KSPC, Drug Control regulations, and pharmacy standards.

- Maintain proper records of prescriptions, controlled medicines, and pharmacy transactions.

- Manage inventory, including stock receiving, storage, expiry checks, and near-expiry products.

- Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.

- Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines, including temperature-sensitive products.





- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate product/medicine information.

- Coordinate with doctors, customers, and store teams whenever clarification is required regarding prescriptions.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the pharmacy.

- Support billing, POS operations, returns, and other day-to-day pharmacy activities.

- Identify and report damaged, expired, or recalled medicines as per company procedures.

- Support audits, inspections, and documentation requirements.

- Follow company SOPs and contribute to smooth daily pharmacy operations.

- Maintain skilled conduct and deliver excellent customer service.
