Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Assistant Manager with solid expertise in Google Ads and a proven track record of managing quality processes and team performance. The ideal candidate should have relevant leadership experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive quality excellence in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee quality assurance operations for Google Ads processes.
- Monitor quality performance and ensure adherence to established quality standards and process guidelines.
- Analyze quality trends, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Lead,



mentor, and develop quality analysts to achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with operations and other stakeholders to improve overall process performance.
- Prepare quality reports, analyze key performance metrics, and present insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies, process requirements, and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in the Google Ads domain is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager, supported by official employment records.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks, audits, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement effective improvement strategies.
