Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to customers and internal users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, resolve customer queries, and ensure timely issue resolution while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or remote desktop.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Log, track, and update support tickets using a ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while meeting SLA targets.
- Assist users with system setup, password resets, software installations, and account management.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
