Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment (US/UK).
- Robust communication skills for handling international voice processes (US/UK).
- Ability to work on multiple processes such as US Voice Process, UK Process, Customer Care, Solving Queries, Customer Handling etc.

Positions open in Chat/ Blended/ Voice process for International processes. Also, hiring for Customer Service premium process in Dayshifts.
