We're looking for a people-loving, energetic, extrovert HR who thrives on human connection - someone who is the go-to person for employees, from Day 1 to Exit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own onboarding experience - warm welcome, joining formalities, induction & current joiner connect

- Be the face of HR for employee queries, letters, communication & mediclaim support

- Drive employee engagement - regular floor connects, 1-on-1s, fun activities, festivals & feedback

- Track and share monthly HR MIS, engagement scores & insights

Who You Are:

- Extrovert, approachable & great with people - you love talking and listening

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

- 1-3 years experience in HR Generalist / Engagement role

- Empathetic, high-energy, and solution-oriented
