We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented individuals to join our recruitment team as HR Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate management, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Contact candidates to explain job opportunities and assess their suitability.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate communication skills.




- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and next steps.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Support recruiters in managing multiple job requirements and meeting hiring targets.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 Year of experience are welcome.
- Any graduate with an interest in HR and recruitment.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to manage tasks, follow up with candidates, and work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
