Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead end-to-end AR operations, improve collections, manage customer accounts, and ensure timely cash flow within a global finance setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end AR operations, including billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.

Lead AR teams, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and SLA compliance.

Monitor overdue accounts, ageing reports, and collection performance.

Resolve customer disputes, payment issues, and unapplied cash.

Track KPIs, DSO, and outstanding receivables.

Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements.

Drive process automation and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with global stakeholders and internal finance teams.

Support month-end closing and reporting activities.

Mandatory Skills

10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.

Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR).

Team leadership and end-to-end AR operations management.

Knowledge of billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.

GCC / GBS / BPO / Shared Services experience.

Working knowledge of SAP / Oracle and MS Excel.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
