Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead end-to-end AP operations, manage vendor payments, drive process improvements, and ensure efficient global finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payments.

Lead AP teams, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and SLA compliance.

Oversee vendor reconciliations, invoice discrepancies, and payment escalations.

Monitor KPIs, ageing reports, and process performance.

Ensure compliance with financial controls and audit requirements.

Drive process automation and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with global stakeholders and internal finance teams.

Manage month-end activities and support audits.

Mandatory Skills

10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.

Strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP).

Team leadership and end-to-end AP operations management.

Knowledge of invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

GCC / GBS / BPO / Shared Services experience.

Working knowledge of SAP / Oracle and MS Excel.

Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
