Salary Details

- HSC (12th Pass): ₹17,000 per month (Take-Home)
- Graduate Candidates: ₹18,000 per month (Take-Home)

Working Hours & Benefits
- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Rotational
- Transport Facility: Pick-up and drop facility from Thane Station

Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with banking-related queries and service requests.
- Provide information about banking products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant team.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and applicable procedures.

Eligibility Criteria




- HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate candidates.
- Prior experience in customer support, banking operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
