We are hiring Credit Control & collection position for Thane West location

Role & responsibilities

Record daily bank receipts and ensure accurate accounting entries.

- Allocate customer receipts against respective service bills.
- Handle TDS accounting and related reconciliations.
- Follow up with customers for payment advice and remittance details.
- Prepare daily collection performance reports and monitor bank balances.
- Share customer ageing reports with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with customers and operations teams to resolve payment deductions and discrepancies.
- Process internal fund transfer entries in the accounting system.
- Provide the required financial data and supporting documents to internal and external

auditors.




- Allocate credit notes against the respective invoice references

Preferred candidate profile Hands-on experience working on Oracle or SAP is mandatory.

- Positive understanding of bank receipts, customer payment allocation, and TDS accounting.
- Experience in customer ageing, collection reporting, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data reporting.
- Knowledge of invoice reconciliation, credit note allocation, and payment deduction resolution.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, internal teams, and auditors.
